Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we lived in a world where everyone does what they are supposed to do, when they are supposed to do it, and the way WE want it done? Unfortunately, that is rarely a reality, especially for professionals who deal with a wide range of people in the workplace. Volunteers who over-promise and under-deliver, candidates who don’t show up for interviews, and colleagues that don’t follow through (not to mention sometimes dealing with sensitive topics and issues) can leave even the most patient leader overwhelmed and frustrated.

 

In this high-impact, interactive session, Jan Spence, CSP shares the warning signs of dealing with a “difficult” person and provides a different approach to making your interactions more meaningful and valuable. Participants leave with immediate, actionable tools that will be used to set boundaries, maintain a more positive outlook, and ultimately be more productive when faced with challenging individuals.
